Shown here is plan #G3-008, our original "barn style" plan, built reversed from the plan shown in the catalogue.  Built in South Carolina, the proud owner writes: "As requested, attached are photos of our 'out building'.  It turned out exactly as expected.  The area over the two bays houses our eight foot pool table as the room is air conditioned. We finished the exterior in cedar to match the house with a sliding door on the west end overlooking the River. Thanks for the great drawings."
The vents at ground level are called hydrostatic vents.  The floor is 3 feet below flood level.  Local code requires 1 sq inch of vent per square foot of the structure.  In case of flood, water should be able to flow in and out without damaging the structure.  This is a good example of local codes requiring plan changes. The owner also selected widows and doors and siding for his needs.
