Blue print sets, and sepias are available at reasonable cost.
Note: All items listed as optional are included with the plans so
that you and your builder may choose which ones to include in your project.
Mirror image, right reading plans are available at no extra cost. Just
be sure to mark your order with the plan number and: "REVERSE PLAN".

New England Gambrel 2 Bay Garage
Please Note: our Gambrel designs are for conventional framing,
with rafters, Not trusses.
You don't need to worry about a crane to lift them etc.
 |
This oversized garage has an large loft for storage and project work shop.
Also available as a Dutch Gambrel (see Below). Comes with optional vertical
siding details.

Dutch Gambrel 2 Bay Garage
This oversized garage has same floor plan as above. Dutch Gambrel style
with "kicked eaves" helps divert roof rain run-off from foundations and
prevents sill and wall rot in poorly drained soil and terrain locations.
