First Floor ~ 2 Bay Garage ~ Covered entry porch, laundry room and powder room. First Floor Plan is a good sized 2 bay garage. Two overhead doors are 9'-0" wide x 8'-0" high. Laundry and powder room are optional and may be reconfigured as a breakfast room, recycling center or hobby area, or open to your existing kitchen.

Second Floor ~ Master bedroom suite

Second floor is ideal for a master suite retreat. Optional A-dormer details are included. Our plans always include all items listed as optional, so that you and your builder may select the ones you want to incorporate in your finished building.
