	First Floor ~ Family room First Floor Plan is a good sized 24'x24' Family room with cathedral ceiling and Pre-fab fireplace unit. Openings to existing house may be relocated by your builder as required.

Lower level garage 2 bay garage. Overhead door is 16'-0"; wide x 7'-0" high, 3' side access door is optional. Knee walls may be adapted by your builder to suit your site conditions. A higher garage door may possible on your site.

	Rear View Rear knee wall and optional deck may be adapted by your builder to suit your site conditions.
