codes and construction requirements for the New England Area, in effect
at time they were drawn. Because codes in other areas may vary, the owner
and his builder is responsible for complying with local codes.

The owner and his builder are responsible for verifying all dimensions
before construction, any variations or discrepancies should be reported
to CADSmith Studio which assumes no liability or responsibility for inadvertent
discrepancies, construction interpretations and/or constructed results.

Plans are copyright protected, and the purchaser agrees that he will use
the plans for construction of single structure and guarantees that the
plan or any part of it will not be reproduced without the written permission
of the copyright owner. Plans are not to be resold or used for any other
purpose than the single structure for which purchased.
