Our refund policy for custom plans:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to accepting
custom design orders. We'll agree on price and scope of the design first.
You will be able to review preliminary designs and make final adjustments
prior to final design work and printing. You may review final plans again
before printing. Final payment is due before shipping the final plans and
is non-refundable.
"Final adjustments" may include relocating doors and windows, adding
details such as dormers or shutters and other options we agree on.
Final adjustments do not include throwing out the whole design and starting
over. A completely new design will include a new preliminary deposit.
